I can take this every morning and night during the worst pollen times and it helps keep me breathing freely without worrying about getting pneumonia (yes I get my pneumonia vaccine too). Mucinex is the only thing I need besides my antihistamine. I recommend it to everyone who has allergies and that horrible irritating cough.

Mucinex works well but I cannot swallow the large pills!! Please make smaller pills or bring back the liquid!!
