This is really the best butter. I LOVE it and and it great that I can cut to my sizes. I have a wide butter dish and cutting in squares works so much better than using stick butter. I am really sad that its currently not available in any stores nearby and by nearby I mean I searched over an hour away because I would drive that far to stock up on more.

Argh, I didn't realize this wasn't stick butter until I got home but it's still good. Lucky I have a digital kitchen scale to weigh it if I'm preparing a recipe. I don't use that much butter so it's going to last awhile. I froze the ones I'm not using. Did you know that you can freeze salted butter for up to 12 months?

Good size for baking.

We use a lot of butter and this is great to have around. I always freeze 3 boxes and put one box in my fridge. This butter tastes really good and my family just loves always having plenty to use.

Maybe it was just this batch but this tasted like it had twice the salt the butter I purchased previously had. I think I'll stick with the unsalted for my baking.

These are great for baking, holidays & icing recipes. So easy & convenient for large holiday baking projects like cookies & icing cakes.

It is decent quality butter and is priced to make it worth buying 4 pounds all at once.
