Our pergola, which covers a portion of our patio, has added a beautiful look to the backyard space (of 5 acres), and has won oooh's and awww's from friends and neighbors. Each piece is finely crafted, and the installation was so easy to arrange and have done. The pergola provides a bit of cover from the sun, and enchanting ambiance both in the daytime and at night. We are very glad we made the investment to our outdoor space. It's given us another "room" off the dining/kitchen area. And...it's a great backdrop for parties and get-togethers.

I bought this 16x12 set and put it up very easily between my wife and I with no other help. Instructions were precise and everything lined up. Only disappointment were the cement screws they gave me in the hardware box. 3 out of the first 4 snapped off while screwing them into the predrilled holes in the concrete. I stopped immediately and drove to the hardware store and purchased Tapcon cement scres of same size. it went smoothly with the new screws. It looks awesome!

I am not one who usually writes reviews for items that I buy. But I want anyone who is thinking about this product to feel assured it will far exceed your expectations. I am thrilled with this pergola. It has added so much to our backyard. countless compliments from everyone who sees it. the quality of the wood and fasteners is top notch. . The ease of assembly is not often found in todays products. I would highly recommend this company for their customer service is very responsive and polite.

Love this! I knew when I opened the boxes that this company knew what they were doing. All the parts were there, everything fit, all the holes lined up (almost) and I did the whole thing myself with just three hours help from a friend when it came time to erect it. The ONLY thing I noticed that seemed out of whack were that the holes in the purlins did not match up to the pilot holes in the cross pieces. Not a biggy as the screws went in fine where I needed them to. Just...how the heck did they screw up the hole placement so badly? Otherwise, a great product that I would recommend to anyone.

I bought this a little over a month ago and built it myself, putting in a few hours each day over the course of a week. It was so easy to do myself and I only needed help from my husband and freind with the final raising and connection of the 4 sides. I truly appreciated how easy the instructions were to follow and the instruction app made it even easier. I have built a lot of things using assembly instructions and these were by far the best instructions I've experienced. The quality of the materials was impressive as well. The boards were straight and finished, and the cuts were clean. The grooves and the drill holes all lined up. The final pergola is beautiful. I get tons of compliments from friends now. I highly recommend this pergola for both it's beauty and how easy it was to build.

At first we thought that the building of this pergola would take forever with all the pieces , but the instructions on the app that's provided made the process go smoothly. We love the cedar wood and the looks of this pergola. We were happy to have every piece and tool that we needed. The only negative we had was that not all of the holes were clean. We used a screwdriver to clean them and chipped some of the wood around them. Other than that great product. My husband wants a second one.

We have been waiting for years to create a patio space and this pergola is everything we could have hoped for! We absolutely love the aesthetic; it was straightforward to assemble; and it fit within our budget! We wanted one that could withstand high winds. Printed instructions in combination with the BILD app were well thought out. We suggest that moving the partly-built pergola, setting the feet, moving the pergola off the feet, anchoring the feet, and moving the pergola back on the feet, would be more easily accomplished before the slotted cross-beams are put in place. All in all, this was a worthwhile project, and we're pleased with the look and quality of the pergola.

this was very easy to assemble.the instructions say 3 people and 8 hrs. we had 5 people and it took 6 hrs (WITH QUITE A FEW BREAKS).could have done it with 4 people but i cant see doing it with just 3. It would have been very awkwrd. My only complaint it that quit a few of the boards were warped.
