Product itself is excellent and very solid bench, I live in the second floor so the FedEx guy was sent alone to deliver this and he did his best but it ended up having some chips and dents on the top. For the price it is still worth but I wish they sent another person to help him so he didn't have to struggle and the table wouldn't have chips and dents.

I was preparing to build a workbench when I came across these at Sam's Club. I was so impressed I purchased 2 and have not been disappointed. I put together a video about assembling assembly and my review. The assembly is simple and the flexibility is wonderful. I hope you enjoy your workbench as much as I think I will.

I will update this review if I can get my issues resolved, but I am running into quality issues and shipping issues. The first table I bought had a small dent in it, but I was okay with it. Other than that, the table looked fine. Once I got the table assembled though, it was another story. The table was slightly cupped. When you run your hand across the table, it felt wavy. This should be a minor issue if using in a garage, but I am planning on using this as a desk. I wish I caught it before assembling the table. The cupping was so bad, you could feel the ridges through a desk mat and it was distracting. I called Sam's Club, and it was very easy to arrange a replacement to be sent out. A replacement arrived 7 days later, but unfortunately it got destroyed in shipping and had a hefty gouge in the middle of the table top. I worked with Sam's Club again and they are currently shipping another replacement out. I am praying that the third one makes it in one piece and doesn't have a quality defect. Also make sure you have plenty of packing tape on hand. No joke, I have spent over $10 in packing tape to ship the damaged/ defective ones back. The boxes are extremely heavy ~130-140lbs. My feedback to the manufacturer(s): Seville: Please consider strengthening your shipping boxes. The cardboard protecting the table top is way too thin. You should also probably use corner protectors too. Sam's Club: I am thankful that you guys stand up for what you sell. Your team has been great to work with. I just wish that you guys were able to ship a replacement faster. The fastest shipping time is 1 week. It seems reasonable at first, but I am waiting for my 3rd replacement table. That means waiting 21 days days for an office table.
