I received this sample took it before bed and not only did I sleep through the night but I woke up not coughing anywhere near like I had been! I took it for a couple nights and now I am finally recovered from that nasty cold and cough! What I love about this product is that it doesn't leave that sticky residue in your mouth like all the other cold medicines and the flavor was good! I would definatley recommend this anyone who is suffering from colds and coughs! I don't have a bad thing to say about this product! It doesnt taste bad at all, rather, it tastes pretty good with a berry finish rather than the usual grape or cherry. It helped my cough and mucus significantly, soothed my throat, and gave me enough relief to be able to peacefully fall asleep and wake up without the cough syrup hangover feeling that pm meds usually give. Took it as soon as I felt cold symptoms and it did shorten the cold, felt like I recovered super fast.
