I had the passenger Defenders on three SUVs and I couldn't have been happier with them. They did well in all conditions and lasted forever. I put the Defender LTX on my 2023 Tundra, replacing Nitto Ridge Grapplers that were ridiculous on the highway over any distance, and the Defender LTX exhibit higher than expected levels of noise and poor performance on wet roads. Price wasn't really a consideration if I got great tires, but these have been a disappointment.

ALWAYS PREFER MICHELIN TIRES, TRADED OEM'S OUT AND NOW I HAVE REAL ROUND TIRES. VERY SMOOTH AND ENJOY THE IMPROVED HANDLING. A BIT HARD ON ROUGH ROADS BUT SMOOTH AS CAN BE ON THE GOOD ONES. LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING HOW THEY HANDLE AN UPCOMING ROAD TRIP THROUGH VARIES CONDITIONS.

I've run through two sets of the original Defender LTX M/S, and they were nice and smooth. No problems. Now that they're discontinued, went with the M/S2. Two had to be replaced for high road force. They do NOT ride as smooth as the originals. Bounce and shudder. Very disappointed.

This is the 3rd set of this set of tires that I have purchased for this truck. All of them have given me more miles that the warranty will cover and the handling and comfort have always been top notch. I originally purchased them because i was told the noise was very low. This has been true, I hear very little road noise. That’s saying a lot because this truck has been driven across the country 3 times.

I ordered 4 of the Michelin Defender 265/60/18 tires for my 2017 Ford F150. It had the original Hankook tires with 53k miles on them. They weren't horrible tires but I wanted to find a tire with the quietest and smoothest ride possible so reviews led to this tire. I can tell you that they are exactly what I was looking for, no regrets. Anyone saying that these are loud on the highway do not know what they are talking about. I hear almost zero road noise on asphalt, only wind hitting the windshield. I would say the ride quality has improved at least 30% over the factory Hankooks. These are a little too expensive though. 1200.00 out the door for 4 tires is insane. As far as service, Sam's is kind of a nightmare, at least the one in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.

The good: quite, lateral motion good for turning, generally a responsive tire The bad: wonders while driving on concrete that is grooved in parallel direction of travel. Never had tire do this. Can’t imagine this passed any serious road test. Snow traction is terrible. In less than 2” of snow my truck was sliding through turns at 5 mph and got loose going over a bridge. Too bad the first snow came 90 days from purchase or these tires would go back. Looking for different tires now

They seem like they will be very durable long-term and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for tires, as they seem perfect.
