Terrible little bones in them

The texture is terrible. Very soggy even when fully cooked

The flounder has no taste , no flavor and it is so thin.

Thin fillets but sauted in butter, garlic and capers they taste great.

The Flounder filets are to flat !

Mushy, did not taste good

i made fish tacos. the result was fantastic. the aftermath is what concerns me and renders the two stars. i accidentally left this fish, cooked, on counter for four days when we went to the beach. Returned, and there is no foul odor or sign of decay or mold. there is no possibility this is wild grown fish. I am throwing the rest of this bag on the trash. disgusting.

Very mild taste. Very well priced for the portions per package. This is the only way we can get flounder where we live.
