2 filets/ individual pkg. One a bit smaller, but enuf for dinner for 2! Bake on hor pizza stone after slathering w/ mayo & rolling in crrushed BBQ chips. Or pan fried coated w/ fine ground roasted almond crumbs.

Didn't care for the flounder, I prefer the Cod but you have been out of it for the last month or so, even the frozen which is not as good as the fresh

Excellent product. Great taste and easy to prepare. Each piece is individually wrapped and you only have use as little or much as desired. Thaw while I am preparing sides and cooks in a few minutes. Great blackened, fried or baked. Hope they don’t change this product.

There’s nothing like grilling in the summer in Texas . Cold beverage and grilled seafood is one of the best Sunday's u could ask for . Most of your Member mark raw no batter seafood if very good . A long with the other brands of raw seafood in your store .

The filets are good; I especially that they are packaged and frozen individually. Another plus is that it is versatile when cooking. They can be lightly breaded and fried, oven baked, or seared in the skillet with seasonings. I have also mixed leftovers flounder with leftover salmon to make a tasty fish patty. Great plain, with a salad, or as a fish burger/sandwich.
