There is some sort of magic going on here. I cooked the entire bag minus 2 filets (they are all very small and thin). There is no comparison (in volume) to 3 lbs of fresh fish. It's not even close. Are they including the plastic and water content? I'll stick with fresh. I suggest you do so as well. Some of these reviews are very suspicious...

This Fish Is Very Mild In Flavor. No Fishy Taste At All. Great With Cream Sauce. Falls Apart Easy. Very Thin Cooks Super Fast.

The fish was mushy no matter how we cooked it. very thin fillets. it is a product of China so you know what to expect. We tossed the rest of the fish after eating about half of it.
