Size to big & thought the price was decent but Found at local retailer half the price.

Ring represented as gold 14k band. Turned out to be gold filled.

This ring is very solid and comfortable to wear. The comfort band is really nice and the width is just right for me. Totally satisfied with my purchase.

I order size 8.5 and 7.5 the size 8.5 fits like 7.5 and the 8.5 fits like 9.5. I’m also upset the rings did not come with the size sticker. Now I have to wait 72 hours for a response to why I got rings too big! We had our ring size measured before ordering!

Have been given the run around on processing a return. After standing line the returns line for 30 minutes, waiting for a manager, they tell me the local warehouse won't accept returns for online jewelry orders. Customer service chat said that the third-party vendor would email me a return label, but after several days that didn't happen. Have been waiting for a very long time on hold for a telephone rep to help me process a return. About to do a chargeback.

Ordered the yellow gold and looks more like rose gold. Not very happy about it so looking into the the return policy now.
