When I saw Martha Stewart 240 Thread Count White Goose Feather and Down Comforter I knew I had to grab one. It's the perfect comforter for my bed and I know I'll surely get many good nights of sleep. You see this comforter features a unique blend of white goose feathers and down filling to give you incredible warmth and comfort. Therefore they will be no more hot nights for me especially since I have hot flashes! Being that this comforter is goose feathered filled it is much lighter than all the other comforters we have on hand. It's also 100% cotton shell, 240 thread count,75% white goose feather and 25% white goose down filled from end to end and can be dry cleaned only. Oh, and I'm sure the softness will take you away into a deep sleep every night. I love how it just lay upon your body smoothly and comfortable, however, I did notice that it took a few hours for it to fluff up to its full capacity. Overall, the lightweight fluffy and warm feeling of this comforter is just what I was seeking when I purchased it.

This is superb quality. Not 1 snag in the sewing, no feathers coming out. So comfortable. Not heavy, but not light weight I think shipping said 6 pounds. I am beyond pleased and highly recommend!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting to get a new comforter so that we could easily switch out duvets. This is the perfect comforter for that. It's not too heavy, but very warm. It does have a little "plastic" sound but I think over time it will go away since it's brand new. There were a few threads that were hanging, but I simply tied then snipped the ends so the threads wouldn't fray more. It was simply extra thread, no harm to the comforter at all.

It’s easy to slip a duvet over it. The comforter is lightweight, yet warm, and the down conforms to your body. The baffle box stitching keeps the down in the pockets so it’s evenly distributed. This lightweight comforter is perfect for California weather.!

This is a very light comforter, which is a plus in my book. The only dislike I have is that the fabric is very thin, in some areas is looks like there might be a stain but it’s actually the calamus peeping through. Other than that I am very satisfied with this item.

Once I threw it in the dry with a dryer ball, it filled out nicely. It is very light, but warm without overheating you. Slept comfortably under it all night long in my air conditioned room. Definitely something you can keep on your bed year round if you wanted to. Looks well made. Didn't see any loose hanging threads or anything of that sort.

The stitched squares keep the filling from shifting and the blanket retains it's shape. I put the blanket in the dryer upon arrival to refresh it from the warehouse without washing it and it came out beautifully. All the stitches held up and the blanket was ready for use.
