[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In spite of the name "Proheat" and the photo on the website with red radiant coils in the water chamber, this is NOT a steam cleaner. That was very difficult to discern on this website.

Works great for little messes. With a potty training little boy we use this frequently. Also works great for cleaning dog messes around the house. Light weight and easy to use but does take some elbow grease for scrubbing.

We bought this to clean dog spots on our rugs and carpet and it got everything our and we love the smell of the cleaning solution. Now when other people walk in our home they don't smell dog anymore.

Unit began leaking badly on second use. Returning product to store, will not be purchasing a Bissell product again. Very disappointing experience with a promising product.

I bought this product in December . It worked adequately for the money but now the dirty water tank leaks ...

I've used 3 times in the 6 weeks since I got it and it never has heated water and when using pickup tool water leaks putt of the base.
