[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great product, only issue is the hose isn't replaceable. We only used ours 3 times and it started leaking from the black connection going into the machine. It was still under warranty. So hopefully this next one lasts longer.

It shortened the time spent compare to my old carpet cleaner. It is also much lighter and easier to use than my previous one. I really like how when I am done using it, I can wrap the cord up and everything has a place when not using. I'm really impressed with this carpet cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissel Little Green ProHeat Portable Carpet Cleaner was easy to put together and comes with a hose self cleaner and 2 different tools to clean the carpet. I have a bigger carpet cleaner but it was a pain to fill up to just clean a spot where my dog had an accident. So this is amazing for just a spot. It is lightweight and easy to fill. It has 2 different marks on the water tank, one for a small area and the other for a large area. It shows you the amount of water and formula needed. I personally like this feature. I also used it to clean the car. The Bissel Little Green ProHeat Portable Carpet Cleaner is perfect for this. I can clean the cloth seats and carpet without any problems. My vehicle is ready and stain free after a snowy winter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought new, when assembling it I found that the button to hold the attachment on the hose is pushed down to where it will not hold the attachment. Returned it for a different one and it had the same problem. This is obviously a manufacturing problem that quality control is not catching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had mine for a year. Probably used it 4 times for spot cleaning and today the hose has started leaking and spraying water. After reading other comments about similar problems, I'm guessing I'm just out of luck. Side note, it worked great the 4 times I used it.

I really like this cleaner for my couch. My daughter got sick on my couch and I cleaned the couch the best I could. There was still a really bad smell on the couch. I went to the store and bought this machine. This machine did are really good job cleaning the smell and stains off my couch. It also cleaned some hard ground in stains of our carpet. I recommend this product.

I'm assuming that there are parts I can buy to help increase the cleaning strength, but they're far too expensive, so this thing is just dead weight for me now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't believe this machine works well for large pets stains. It works well for spills, urine, car/furniture upholstery, etc. Hose is stiff and very awkward to manipulate and broke/ripped open after a few uses. Beware of pre treating stains because if you use a product that creates suds, the dirty water tank overflows and starts spurting nasty water all over your floor. Need to keep this machine on a thick towel while in use which makes it less portable and user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't have any pet or kid accidents to clean up so I chose to try this out on my carpeted steps. It's been a while since they've been shampooed as it's very ackward to do with my large carpet cleaning machine. I was so excited to try the 3-N-1 Stair Tool. It was easy to adjust to each setting and I especially loved the crevice mode to get that otherwise difficult area to reach. Our stairs get a lot of foot traffic with my large family of 8 and after cleaning with the SPOTCLEAN LITTLE GREEN machine the carpeting looks fluffy and fresh again! The only con is that I wish the cord were even longer so I could do the entire staircase without having to use multiple outlets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this cleaner on any stains in my carpet and they come right out! I have a very large dog so stains happen all the time. This cleaner even got stains out that were in my carpet for awhile that I thought would never come out.
