[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to keep a clean house and I have kids and a dog so that isn't always easy. I've owned an older version of this and it wasn't powerful at all. I used it once and it sat on the hanging stand for the last few years going completely untouched, it was a huge disappointment. I don't believe this one will go untouched. I wasn't in the market for one of these after having a bad experience with an older version also but Bissell but I'm glad I tried it because this one is great and will be used in my house over and over again I foresee. That being said, I would now recommend the Little Green Proheat to others because Bissell has created a product that is now powerful enough and user friendly enough to do the job it's supposed to do. Bravo Bissell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dirty water compartment leaks and comes out of the bottom of the machine so the spots I clean up might be clean but then I have to shampoo the spots where the dirty water compartment leaks. I feel like the machine I got is defective based on the other reviews.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this product. So I can only speak to first impressions and so far I have only used it on my cream colored couch. So first things first, I will try this on carpet and maybe it works a little better but I think Proheat should be removed from the name. There is no heat, no warmth, the water is cold/lukewarm at best. Most of the reason I wanted this product was due to that factor. Your essentially spraying on cleaner then using a wet dry vac to suck it up. The suction is also extremely poor. You would think a vacuum company would at least be able to do that. The design is also poor. Either wheels should have been added or it should have been designed to be less bottom heavy. Every time you move it slightly while cleaning it topples over. Not a big deal, but definitely a design flaw that could have been easily corrected. I have been cleaning since the age of 8. I have cleaned professionally and take great joy in cleaning personally. I would not recommend this product to anyone. They were almost there but not quite.

We bought this about a year ago to extend the life of our couches by removing dust and dirt. The first two or three uses it worked perfectly, but then gradually the suction began to diminish and dirty water started to leak out of the container - yuck! Now we only use it to spot clean the carpet in our vehicles since we can let the dirty water leak onto the driveway

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is a WONDERFUL machine to have in your cleaning Arsenal if you have kids or pets. We have two kids under 3 and FOUR cats, so believe me when I tell you we put this thing to the test! before I even had it out of the box, my toddler ground some granola bar into the carpet- a perfect first test! I did a quickly setup of plugging parts in and connecting the tools to the hose, filled my water tank, and had it running in less than 15 minutes. it took the spots RIGHT UP off the floor! The first steps into our playroom are heavily soiled and the carpet has been flattened down from lots of walking over and over on it, so I tried it there next. It was great for cleaning up the dirt and leaving the carpet fluffed up when it dried. It wasn't perfectly "brand new-looking", but it was far FAR more effective than I expected it to be. I love the size of this and how convenient it is to put it away and take it out as I need it. I stocked up on cleaning solution to have on hand and I keep it all right nearby in a closet so that I'll be able to hit the stains before they set. I'm VERY happy with this little green clean proheat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, liked that water stayed warm. When I removed dirty water tank it dumped all over my carpet and into machine motor and fan. After researching, the ring that is to lock on bottom was missing. Now I'm cleaning concentrated dirty (cat urine). Extremely disappointed.

I have used it on the carpet in our play room it worked great getting an old juice stain out of the carpet it also works well on area rugs and couches. I have used it in our car and it cleaned a stain I couldn't get out easily. I would definitely recommend this its lightweight easy to use and powerful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked pretty well until hose failed after ~ 10 uses. Hose cracked, no replacement options... was stored inside and used appropriately. Angle of the hose/clip is faulty and kinks the hose to almost 90degrees , this is where it failed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace my trusty 10+ year old little green. First impressions were great - really good spot cleaner, with good suction. But... took it out a couple of weeks ago to address a pet mess. As I sucked up, there was suddenly an unusual amount of water coming out of the hose at the nozzle end. The hose had failed, and had a 1/2" split. Quick check of the failure location showed why - the hose length is just slightly less than it should be. The had always made seating the hose nozzle in its storage spot slightly frustrating, but I always got it back in eventually. However this created stress where the hose bent slightly (the bend location is intentional.) - very clear design flaw. (Quick search online confirmed that other users had encountered the same issue.) I probably used in no more than once a month in the 18 months I had it. Extremely disappointed.

The water trickles out and I have a 40 year old vacuum that when the filter is clogged it has better suction. After "priming" the water pump forever it would spray for like 1.5 seconds than just trickle out so after 30 minutes of this I just grabbed a spray bottle and went to town in it. After half of the water container and 3 32oz spray bottles the collecting tank was maybe an inch high of disposed water. The plastic sleeve that goes over the sprayer leaks air bad the button you push to disengage the adapter leaks air and you can't even hang this on a T-shirt, in construction that's how we were able to tell if the filter needed cleaning. I understand it's compact and it's not going to be sucking up quarters but at least suck up some of the dirty water. I mean your better off grabbing a spray bottle, a tooth brush and get a straw (McDonald's has a good thick one) you will save time and the job will look better
