The cleaner has extremely 
poor suction, the sprayer barely sprayed any solution and the clean water container tends to leak into the bottom holder. Very
 disappointing purchase.

Not worth buying

Well, the hose broke off where it attaches. I was looking for a newer model and saw that this has happened to many others along with the bad smell you can't get rid of. I am changing to another company for my next pet cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointing. Unfortunately, I waited too long to use it and missed the return deadline. Despite putting carefully heated water (within the guidelines given in the directions) into it, it came old cold. Like, not even not warm, cold. I started to wonder if the machine wasn't actually actively cooling the water. Not only that, not a single stain came out of either mattress. I'm still upset with myself for being suckered into this purchase.

Don't waste your money.

Some animals are raised as part of your family. And that family member grows up and becomes old way too fast. They began to have accidents way too often, more often than children. But we love them anyway.
