I like how everything is complete and compact. the only drawback is the holding tanks are small. and it foams up so i need to empty the waste water more often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ares on the rug where I didn't need a carpet cleaning service. Love the suction. Carpet drys quickly. The heating process not much because I didn't use it long enough I did start with warm water.

Works very well to clean spot stains and even my scatter rugs. For big stains be sure to pretreat first but the machine works great and is very easy to clean after use.
