Really sucked up some nasty stuff for sure from our rug the patch I tried. I am thinking I'll get an upright for whole house cleaning soon. I also purchased the cleaning products bundle so I have the right solutions on hand.

The heat feature makes a huge difference!! Faster to clean and pulls more dirt and stains out from fabrics. Easy to clean and compact for storage!

This is our second time that we've bought one of these machines. Had one many years ago when we had pets and it was great for instant spot removals.

We have a cat with digestive issues and sometimes she spits up her dinner and those notorious fur balls. We've always been able to get the stains out. The size of this model is easy to store in the hall closet ready for access.

I would have gave 5 stars but my only flaw with it is cleaning the actual vacuum. My car was dirty so the hose inside was gross. I wasn't given instructions on how to clean the inside so I had to make up my own method. Otherwise this product is great!

Im happy I did buy directly from Bissell, because figuring out returns has been easy and every person I've talked to has been helpful. I've only heard great about the little green machine, and worth it to TRY. The machine was super easy to assemble.

The cleaner was easy to use, light enough to carry around to different stain locations, and easy to clean it when finished. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this product for spot cleaning of area rugs and carpeting. The heat is only the hot water you add to the machine. The suction is not enough to dry it thoroughly. Don't think I would buy another one.
