I have a dog and so far it doesn't seem to have any issues with hair clogs because each part can be disassembled and cleaned out (of course I vacuum the areas prior to steaming but I can never get all the hair). Overall I am satisfied, but for larger areas I do have to empty and refill the machine to get the whole area.

I had the Bissell spotbot and It worked great also, but was too much for the cleaning up after pet accidents I have to deal with. I oly used the hose and attachment anyway so the Little Green ProHeat Portable Carpet Clean is better for me. Also my carpet guy said to only use hot water on my carpets and let him use cleaning agents. So the fact that this keeps the water hot is perfect.

But, i'm such a better do it my self person. When i tell you guys this little carpet cleaner was so easy to use and so powerful. It truly deep cleaned my car and after that i cleaning my couches and small carpet. Made me want to clean everything and just seeing the dirt come out. I LOVE THIS LITTLE GREEN CARPET CLEANER.

The day I got it I cleaned just one section of my couch and was AMAZED and what came off of it. Need to be aware that it takes a fair amount of pressure with hand as you work to both scrub and then extract the dirty water. Best for small areas and would be uncomfortable for anyone with arthritis of the hands and shoulders.

Great little product and I couldn't have been more pleased with the process. Bravo! I cleaned my staircase first thing and I found that it did a great job. The tools were easy to use. The unit could have used a different cord, it's too short to use without an extension cord for most applications, but the cord is long enough to get in the way. I would have liked to see a retractable cord or just a small stub, seeing how you would likely need an extension cord anyway.

Very easy to use on small stains. It was effective removing cat urine stain.
