It's easy to use and a practical size for storage. Not too heavy either. It's durable and easy to clean out the water.

I use it to clean spots from my carpets and throw rugs. I have never had a problem with any of my machines. My work place bought a hoover spot cleaner that I use but I checked reviews on the hoover and they weren't good. Bissell is a name I can trust

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Little Green as a house warming present for my daughter. She has a rescue dog with a incontinence issue. She is just staring out with a new house, married for only a year and little savings left after the purchase of the house for new furniture. We figured we would buy the Little Green and give it a try. We are so impressed with how well it worked for such a small machine, and the pet stain/spot remover left the couch smelling fantastic. No more urine smell, no more stains almost like new. My daughter and I are very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the original so I was excited to try this one. I love that it's slimmer and it still does a great job on my couches. The only thing I'm not happy with is the hose length. It's short and does not reach far. Other then that it's great.

Need to be aware that it takes a fair amount of pressure with hand as you work to both scrub and then extract the dirty water. Best for small areas and would be uncomfortable for anyone with arthritis of the hands and shoulders.

It worked very well and would purchase again. The only con was the hose is too short that's why I took off one star.

I have a dog and so far it doesn't seem to have any issues with hair clogs because each part can be disassembled and cleaned out (of course I vacuum the areas prior to steaming but I can never get all the hair). Overall I am satisfied, but for larger areas I do have to empty and refill the machine to get the whole area.
