[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave it a 3/5 because the hose is pretty short and the heat feature doesn't really make it worth the extra money compared to the little green that doesn't come with a heating feature but has a better hose reach. If it's just for occasional small spills it's not a big deal but if you are looking to clean a whole couch I recommend not spending the extra on this one.

I use it for detailing personal car interiors which can get really dirty. This unit has no problem of cleaning deep and removing stains. Very easy to maintain, clean, and store. I use it a lot for the rugs in my house where the dog likes to lay down and where w come in from the outside. I do wish there was a cleaner solution option with a hint of a fragrance.

I like it because you don't have to lug around a big steam cleaner! My husband loves it because it's portable and he can clean his truck seats and rugs and doesn't have to pay for his truck to get detailed anymore!
