the top and right arrow stopped working after 1 week. after 4 weeks it completly stopped working completely. this is the 3rd one in the 3 months ive had a ps5. these controllers are all JUNK.

Everything was beautiful! From the packaging to the placement of the package on the ground. It was art. Just like the 2022 movie Morbius. Bravo i say! 👏👏

Order arrived on time, and works perfectly. Possibly the best thing about the new PS5 system are these truly next Gen controllers. The haptic feedback takes gaming to a whole new level, well done PlayStation!

first personal shopper was rude..second was nice but couldnt find my order he had to go get another one which wasnt the color i wanted..most horrible experience i have ever had

so my mic input stop working, each time I plug my mic into my controller and it makes a weird nose. And I tired with a different mic and it still does the same thing.

Within a couple months of having it and taking care of it 3 of the 4 d pad buttons don't work I've tried cleaning it and still nothing there goes that controller

Unfortunately these ps5 remotes are not built very well. This is the second remote I’ve had to buy for my husband in less than a year because the joystick starts to malfunction. Wish they built them sturdier for how expensive they are.

Love the color very pretty. Works like a charm as if it came with it. would definitely buy again in a different color. Does not feel cheap as some people might say.
