The controller looks to be new but I was surprised when I noticed my brand new PS5 controller had its seal cut. My first thought was did I pay practically $80 for a refurbished controller.

We bought this extra controller because my husband didn't want to use the white one that comes with the PS5. He was afraid it would get dirty easily, so I am using the white one and he bought this one. He loves it.

I waited literally a hour for one thing and it was horrible service I had to cal 5 times till some one picked and 20 mins just for someone to finally come outside.

I just got this pink controller March 2023 I take good care of my controllers and all but the sticks are drifting as I’m playing the game. I paid over $74 for this controller and it didn’t even nast a year.

I purchased this controller today from a actual Walmart store, and im almost certain I used/returned controller. Idk how they get away with reselling these as new on the shelf, so I'm very disappointed.
