How do I return the 3 year warranty that I bought with the controller? What good is a warranty on product I don't have? This is not at all clear on your website and your website if VERY difficult to determine how to process returns.

The controller was not as advertised. This is not a Playstation Dual-sense controller it is offbrand. I believe the actual Playstation brand of the white controller is cheaper than this.

Dislike being 134,841st customer waiting for 10 hrs to be 37,453rd online to purchase the console. Have no idea whether we will like the PS5 game or 2nd controller without console.

The controller is good, Sony went cheap and didnt include a charger. Therefor they get a 1 star, the instruction manual literally says to use the one that comes with the console. If I wanted an extra controller, I didnt want only 1 charger.

It would be nice but do to your app allowing bots to buy up ps5 consoles looks like i won't never no because your fortune 500 company is to dam lazy to fix the dam problem but I digress...

Walmart let me buy most of the accessories to go along with PlayStation 5 but not the PlayStation 5 so I couldn't tell you whether or not these things work well.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The PlayStation 5 DualSense controller is an absolute game-changer! From its sleek design to its innovative features, this controller truly elevates the gaming experience. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers add a whole new level of immersion, making every action feel more realistic and engaging. The improved battery life ensures longer gaming sessions without interruptions, and the built-in microphone allows for seamless communication with friends. Whether you're exploring vast open worlds or competing in intense multiplayer battles, the DualSense controller delivers unparalleled comfort and precision. It's a must-have accessory for any PlayStation 5 owner.

Those who say it's a HUGE difference from the DualShock 4 are crazy... sure it's slightly bigger, but it's not much. And size and weight added to the controller make it feel slightly better than the DualShock 4. The haptic (vibration) features are amazing and you need to experience it in person to truly appreciate it. On the back of the controller the four PlayStation buttons (cross, square, triangle, and circle) are all scribed on the back. It's tiny, but they are there and it's a super cool little bonus. This controller improves upon the DualShock 4, and you definitely won't be lost moving over from it. The controller is absolutely beautiful in person. The lights in the center make the controller a treat to behold and use.

I find the battery typically lasts for about 9 or 10 hours which by the end of that time when the controller needs to be charged, it's probably call it a day (or switch to another controller).
