The PS5 packaging, the box arrived very damaged, however the shipping packaging is not damaged, which tells me they shipped it this way.

Poorly shipped out, box was delivered crushed, it may be a returned unit!! Used unit or similar! Won’t be buying any more on line ….

do not accidentally drop this controller, if you do you'll have to buy another one or see if you can get it fixed...

buttons are still stuck and hard to push.. i thought afte a few plays it would loosen up.. still gets stuck
