My package was damaged, dirty, already opened and clearly used. I want it replaced and a new one sent immediately.

At first they gave me a used one box was open and missing things but they replaced it with a new one so thank you

It’s a PS5 controller and buttons work so that’s good. But not very well cleaned (can see black smudges) and the controller drifts to the left.
