I purchased AirPods online with AppleCare included in the purchase, for which I paid extra. During the checkout process, it clearly indicated that the coverage would last for a full two years. However, after connecting my AirPods to my phone, I noticed that the AppleCare coverage is only for 20 months. That was a bit of a disappointment, as I was expecting a full 24 months of protection. It’s frustrating when the actual coverage period doesn’t match what was shown at the time of purchase.

I love the older AirPods I have because they’re the only ear buds I’ve ever had that were comfortable and didn’t fall out. I saw that these could also act as hearing aids, and I need that function. Unfortunately the Air Pod Pro 2s are about the most uncomfortable appears buds I’ve ever had, and they fall out constantly. The hearing aid and media sound functions are fantastic, but I really struggle because of the fit. If Apple could make them work like this and fit like the older Air Pods, I’d be ecstatic!

My left AirPods isn’t charging only 2 weeks after purchase. I bought these on sale and can’t get the replaced. My only option is a refund and now I’ll have to pay more for the item due to receiving a defective device. I would like to just get a replacement not a refund.

Perfect headphones for the gym, comfortable even after long amounts of time, stays in your ear even with a lot of movement, noise cancelling and conversation awareness is mind blowing how well it works, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would, worth every penny

I have a hard time being in an environment that is noisy These are a life changer for me!! They are comfortable and I wear them everywhere-church, out to dinner, family functions. I used to wear noise canceling headphones that I wear hunting. Bulky, hot, uncomfortable. But they worked for the past 10 years … Also they don’t fall out Which is a HUGE bonus

I ordered this item because of it’s hearing aide capabilities and the Black Friday price. I get my hearing tested and the ENT doctor says that I’m a good candidate for hearing aides. I was hospitalized with Mastoiditis when I was 5 years old and have often had earaches. I’m not totally deaf but I have been diagnosed hearing impaired with tinnitus. But Medicaid won’t help me unless I meet their criteria. Hearing Aides are too expensive for me but I am very happy to have some help with these AirPods Pro 2 at a more affordable cost. I am now 55 years old and now I finally have some help.

My first time ever wearing any kind of EarPods or iPods?, It took me a little getting used to some of the functions and was able to get the correct ear seal and all that kind of stuff and they sound fantastic. I really like them and it helps my hearing also because I’m hearing impaired..

My first AirPods ever and I love them! Connect instantly, great sound plus i enjoy all the cool features that come with them like lowering the sound when i speak, nodding my head to answer the phone calls and they really cancel the noise. Very happy!

This version of AirPods, Pro 2, is not fully compatible with windows 11, even though the first AirPods Pro is. You can pair these, you can set them as the default speakers and microphone, you will hear audio but the microphones does not work. Microsoft and Apple have many complaints but there is no true fix as of today. Some people say they get it to work but in the same note in whatever forum they will also admit it isn’t consistent every time they use them. Zoom, Teams, dictation, nothing works with the AirPods Pro2 as microphone.
