My wife and I purchased these as Christmas gifts. We're retired and AirPods are game changers. The sale price was outstanding. The first thing we did with our AirPods was take hearing tests. The tests were comprehensive and assured both of us that our hearing was fine. If necessary, we can use them as hearing aids. Neither of us are great with technology, but answering or filtering phone calls is simple. Adjusting volume is also just a swipe. The compatibility with our MacBook and iPhones is seamless. My favorite feature is the background noise. The tinnitus in my right ear is constant. When reading, the background noise feature, easily adjusted in settings, offsets the tinnitus and has even helped me prepare for sleep. Several nights, instead of turning on the TV, I've used my AirPods and MacBook to watch shows and avoid waking my wife. We both use them at the gymn and have sized them so there is no danger of losing them. Follow the setup/fitting procedures and you won't have a problem. It's also easy to adjust between completely filtering all noise to having the ability to hear conversations. Charging is fast. The sound is incredible. You will hear musical instruments in familiar songs that you've never heard before. So bottom line, if you're older, and like us reluctant to purchase these, buy them. The hearing test will cost more than AirPods and these have so many features. Really glad we bought these.

Love how the AirPods Pro 2 get free software updates with Apple. Love the volume control on earbuds and much improved sound and bass. Movies and tv shows sound great. Love special audio. Obviously for music tho I use my Beats. If you love spoiling yourself then you have to buy these. Peace!

I like the noise cancellation but I don’t understand why over time they become painful to wear… I’ve already tried the different sizes of buds it comes with and it doesn’t seem to change anything I love listening to music when I run or workout so i can’t properly put them on without them hurting my ears and falling off

I love them but there is a but, I have a small ear opening and they still hurt. I have take them out every so often because it hurts but other than that they came well packed and worth the money. They work well. I just prefer my regular AirPods only because of the pain I experience. But I still recommend them.

I have this type of AirPods and I really love them. I bought this ones for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. He likes to run in the morning and always been in the moved. I noticed he still have the old cable auxiliaries ear phones and nothing wrong to have them but I know the pain to be dealing with the cables and running. So I decided to give him the AirPods, I will be traveling for Christmas to give him his AirPods Pro 2. And I cant wait to see his reaction.

I had the regular air pods prior to buying these %26 I ended up losing one in the grocery store because they were constantly falling out of my ears, but these are snug %26 fit in perfectly! I also have SEVERE ADD %26 really struggle with being able to drown out even the simplest of distractions around me. Which causes me lots of turmoil since I work from home. My old air pods, even though they were loud, I could still hear every little thing going on around me. But not with these at all! It’s been such a game changer when it comes to getting my work done %26 being able to concentrate.

i’ll put these in and forget they’re even there because they’re so comfortable. it’s the closest thing you’ll get to listening to music in your own head. going from my old gen 2 airpods was a huge upgrade, the noise cancellation is unmatched even compared to my skullcandy crusher ANC 2 headphones. the touch controls and magsafe charging are sooo nice too, absolutely worth it!

I had the first gen AirPods Pro, but thanks to the addition of the hearing aid function, I decided to purchase these during the Black Friday sale. My hearing (considered “mild to moderate” hearing loss) has worsened to the point of my quality of life is impacted and I am aware that diminished hearing contributes to cognitive decline. I read through the gen 2 reviews where people talked about the hearing aid feature’s performance and I was persuaded. I am really pleased; these are much more refined than other OTC hearing aids - no high-pitched squealing or pronounced metallic sounds (there is a tiny bit of that, but it’s very subdued). Apple has done a terrific job of balancing and customizing the soundscape, making it easy and graceful to navigate different noise environments and still discern conversation.
