There's absolutely no reason to hate it. Everything about it was good from the Noise Cancellation to the Sound Quality, it's just perfect

Not sure why the airpods would not hold a charge for more than 2 hours and it kept disconnecting fromy phone. Returning item

The hearing aid feature works well. You do have to make some sound adjustments to get them setup right for yourself.

I had the first gen pros and these are a nice upgrade. If you use frequently, I would highly recommend the upgrade..

I had the Apple Airpod pro 1's some years back loved them, but these already feel way better the sound is *******

Upon opening there’s dust inside. On the connection of the outer case of the airpod the line is also dirty
