I love all the features, sound quality, ease of set up, etc. My only complaint is battery life. I wear them at my desk as a hearing aid, to take some calls, and when on video conference calls. They only last about 4-5 hours and they're dead and that's with only taking a medium amount of calls. I don't use them for music. They will recharge in about an hour but still, the performance is not what was expected.

I love these Apple AirPod pro 2’s! The sound quality is phenomenal… makes it sound like my own personal concert experience! Love the hearing aid and the conversation awareness features also! They come in handy when I am surrounded by 20 kids and have to focus on the one talking to me. I highly recommend these to anyone who wants quality earphones!

I absolutely love these earbuds. They have a great hearing aid feature along with amazing noise, cancellation. I love the different sized ear cups, so it can perfectly fit your ear. They also don't fall out of my ear like the original AirPods and Siri is a lot more reactive to your voice as well. I have bought these for both my son and my husband and they love them! It's especially awesome that they can be located using the Find My iPhone app whenever they get misplaced! Which happens frequently! Sound and noice canceling is great as well! Got them on sale too for under $200! Can't beat that!

Can't get past the first step, have tried every ear pad size they sent and it continues to tell me that I need to adjust the fit. Very Frustrating. Didn't come with any directions, only a website which wasn't much help. Have watched several tutorials but still can't get past the adjustment of fit.

Fantastic sound. Hurt my ears so so bad. Tried every angle and every pair of buds they offered and nothing helped. After 2-3 minutes, they hurt so bad I couldn’t take it. Wore them for about an hour and my ears were sore for 2 days. Was really sad to take these back because sound was great.

Sound quality is good, however, the hearing aid technology it's not as functional or good as their marketing team would lead you to believe. I personally don't believe they're worth the cost. I've had $25 ear earbuds that sound just as good with similar functions…

The sound quality is excellent and they don’t take long to charge. I use them typically to watch my show while my partner is sleeping peacefully next to me so I don’t disturb them. Just don’t have both of them in while doing the dishes because you won’t hear when someone comes in through the door. 🙃

Wow, these are so awesome! I can talk on the phone while doing chores, I can HEAR everything the other person is saying (yay!), and the noise canceling helps so much. I highly recommend these. I’m sorry I waited for so long to get them. And what a great deal!!

I bought these to see if they could help my hearing without any expectations that they would improve my hearing. I took the hearing test and set the air pods to my test results and WOW! I didn’t realize how bad my hearing was until I heard sounds and voices loud and clear. Bonus: Music sound is fantastic. Apple strikes again
