[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to order the pedestals because I was tried of always bending over to get laundry in and out of the machines. These have really helped since they are so much higher now. Very happy with my purchase!

very disappointed in height and functionality of unit. i replaced my old front load with a pedestal, where i stored all my laundry and cleaning supplies in. same ones do not fit this unit. now it' too late, because they are here and installed. ugh looks nice and it lifts the unit which is good, but if laundry detergent items an not be stored, what good is it. sad to think that on day 1 and i cant wait until it breaks and i get a new set, which probably will not be a samsung unless they change this .

However, I'm 5'7, and I have to stand on my toes to pour the detergent into the washer. I also cannot see into the top washer. It does lift the washer and dryer to the right height for loading and unloading.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very convenient to not have to bend to put clothes in the washer. The pedestal has a drawer for soaps, fabric softener etc. I only wish the drawer was a tad taller because some laundry detergent bottles are too tall and don't fit.

after discussions with three persons at samsung i found no one knows the interior height dimension of the drawer? other reviewers have commented standard laundry product packages do not fit. before purchase i thought i'd first find out myself. for a set of $500 drawers i'd think that would be published information. apparently samsung doesn't feel that's important. the samsung salesperson suggested i just return the two pedestals if i'm not satisfied. :/ well they're now ordered and on the way. i'm hopeful this is not a waste of my time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a pedestal on our old washer & dryer and I got another one this time as well. It's great for storage and with the washer & dryer on top, it provides easy access which is helpful for me with bad knees so do not need to bend my knees

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn't sure if I needed or wanted the pedestals for my Samsung Washer and Dryer, but ended up going back and picking them up and was glad that I did. Very easy to setup and install. Lots of storage underneath. Good to have if your space warrants it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I bought 2 pedestals because we had to leaning down every time we wash or dried cloth and as you get older you start feeling the back pain. If you already have a washer/dryer you need someone to help you put them on top of the pedestals and the legs are easy to hold with the supplied accessories. The storage in the pedestal is pretty good, it comes with an optional divider. My main use is just for the convenience that my family and I don't have to be leaning down as both washer/dryer are about my height.
