Product description of iwatch stated needed Iphone 8 with iso of 16 or more. My phone met those requirements. When I received it required a iso of 18 or greater. It would not match to my phone!!

i brought this watch for my sister for Christmas and she called me and told me its not charging, had how they tried 3 different chargers and still will not charge. so now im trying to find out if i need to take back to walmart or call apple care.
