Respectable grade Oregano

The flavor is actually nice... robust, even. But there are far too many hard, woody stems that are painful when encountered in the finished dish. No amount of sauteing or blooming softens these pieces, so I've had to resort to spreading the oregano on a plate and painstakingly picking the stems out of it.
