this is our second purchase of the teak furniture. it is the best buy you can make . we came from vegas where our first set was by the pool for two years. now in arizona with more area outside so we bought our second set . came perfect as the first. we added teak oil right away. first set 2.5 years old looks as good as the new set. adding oil to older set along with new set for that great look.

Bought this set over a month ago and LOVE IT! My cushions were well wrapped and clean. There was a lot of fine sawdust on the wood but I wiped it all down before using teak oil. I spent a LOT of time on the oil finish before assembling the furniture and am very happy with the results. All parts went together perfectly, no hardware problems, no wobbles. Very comfortable seating! Although the set is under a small porch roof, I do keep it covered when not in use with the Veranda covers Sam's Club offers. The patio chaise cover fits the chair with ottoman combo perfectly.

Easy to put together. Deep seating cushions made of quality materials. Teak does come a little rough though. after receiving I had to wash the wood with a wet rag to get rid of sanding dust. it will get on the cushions, which will clean easily anyway. You may need to do a quick sanding to get the nice oily finish expected from teak.

My husband and I refurbished our backyard landscaping and needed to replace our 20 year old patio furniture. I looked everywhere, including the high end places which shall not be named. This furniture holds up to the $6k and up sets that we were looking at. There is some assembly, however its easy, I would suggest starting with the coffee table and end table to get your bearings! The quality is exceptional, and the teak is really good quality. The cushions are very comfortable and the color is a bit to the grey/beige which suits the desert climate and dust issues! All in all, I'm RAVING about this set!

Very pleased with the teak quality and finish, as well as the construction and ease of assembly. Clear, concise directions and well designed assembly. I was expecting teak of lesser quality/finish, but pleasantly surprised to find it was well-sanded, smooth and solid. I was also relieved to find the cushions were wrapped securely in plastic, then heavy paper to protect them. They were clean and well constructed, notched to fit these specific seating pieces, and very thick and firm. There was sanding dust on the wood pieces, but wiped clean easily with a damp cloth. Every piece arrived well-secured in three shipping boxes and nothing was damaged. The fabric on the cushions is a very light-colored beige poly with a minimum sheen and is quite neutral. I priced similar teak sets extensively and all exceeded $3000.00 in cost. I would have preferred a choice in cushion fabric, but found the value to be too good to pass up.

I purchased this and the table w/chairs in 2005/2006 ish. My set did not include the coffee table or loveseat. I am actually shopping for replacement cushions (the material is amazing but squirrels got to the back cushions. (If anyone knows how to find replacement cushions i would love to know) As for quality this is without a doubt a one time purchase. I have left them out through all seasons (cushions included...eek i know) and the furniture is sturdy as heck. I have powersprayed off the oxidation probably 10 times and it returns to near new. I do suggest sealing it after you purchase...my one regret. I will likely purchase another set for a seating area in my back yard! Hope this helps someone make a decision.

I agree with most people, this set is GREAT value considering it's quality when compared to many others (and believe me I have). It was pretty easy to assemble and well packed. I agree with other reviewers that the color of the cushions is a concern for the future and would love covers to be made available in a darker/more user friendly shade. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Bought this set for a mountain house. Shipment arrive on a pallet in multiple big boxes. Assembly was ok but determining which bolts went with which piece was a challenge. Took one person 2 hours to assemble. Stuffing the cushions, which we also not labeled well, was a challenge. I find them kind of thin and not as comfortable as our last set from Sam’s.

Great looking set! Except the cushion zippers were broken! I’m hoping they will replace!

Great quality, very solid and heavy!
