Tires were installed in a very timely manner

I came in early than my appoint. Tire Department told me it would be an hour. After 1.5 hour I approached the tire department and they told me that my appointment for 2 instead I showed up at 10. I had to come back at 2 for them to service me. WHY???? They serviced everyone that didn't have an appointment because I talked to the person behind me in line and he stated that he didn't make an appoint but serviced before me. I want to hear back from the manager of this samsclub.
