Very affordable and perfect fit for my mini van

3 trips to shop and 2 stripped lug nut s later i finally have my tires on. They are not mechanics I was told. Last appointment was not even on their calendar as you go thru somebody in some foreign country when you call. Hope I never have any problems to deal with again!

Second time I bought these tires

Good tire. Handles well in rain. Would have given 5 star but there was a cosmetic issue on one of the tires. The rubber wasn't fully trimmed and cleaned up on the side wall, giving the tire a messy and possible imperfection.

Check in was horrendous. Tech was the only one there but no excuse on how rude he was. He actually raised his voice to me and another customer. Check out couldn't have been better. A different Tech explained everything to me.

I’ve never received my tire order. I called once a lady in the Philippines said Sam’s will call me as soon as the tires come in… it’s been 3 weeks or so.. what the heck.

I came in early than my appoint. Tire Department told me it would be an hour. After 1.5 hour I approached the tire department and they told me that my appointment for 2 instead I showed up at 10. I had to come back at 2 for them to service me. WHY???? They serviced everyone that didn't have an appointment because I talked to the person behind me in line and he stated that he didn't make an appoint but serviced before me. I want to hear back from the manager of this samsclub.
