I love redbull, not too sure about the energy cuz nothing keeps me awake but the taste is lovely. Very refreshing especially when cold, very tasty

These are so nasty tasting and always make me jittery, I don't drink any energy drinks but if I did these would be my last choice.

im sure if i looked into the health benefits, its probably not great. but its got great taste and is my favorite drink hands down
