I think for the amount of extra energy that it gives (which isn't much) it's not worth those numbers. Now, if you don't care about any of those things, DRINK THIS because it is delicious!

It has alot of sugar and it made have a crash after a few hours of having it. Packaging is the same from years ago. I feel they can change it a little. Value is okay, durability wise not good. My personal preference in taste I would not choose the original flavor. I prefer blueberry instead. Reviewing the ingredients I wish they were a tad healthier and simple ingredients.
