Instead of drinking several cups of coffee, I can drink one Red Bull and be good for the day. The flavor is very sweet and has a lot of sugar which I'm not a huge fan of otherwise macros wise it's not too bad since a few cups of coffee would cost a lot more. The carbonation is strong and I love that. I can just throw one in my backpack and leave for work or for a hike if I'm running late too.
