Since Braggs was bought on out the quality has gone drastically down hill!!! It’s looks and tastes like it is watered down!!

How much organic apple cider vinegar refreshers do I drink. Do I drink the bottle or take a spoonful

Hello, I buy it in the Dominican Republic and the bottle is not sealed (over the cap nor inside it). Is the bottle cap supposed to be sealed?
