reply from Consumer Care MIC US

We’re glad to hear you’re satisfied with the traction, durability, and overall performance. We understand that road noise can be frustrating, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Noise levels can vary based on factors such as road surface, vehicle type, and tire maintenance. We recommend visiting an authorized Michelin dealer to ensure the tires are installed correctly and check for any alignment or inflation issues that could contribute to noise. If you’d like further assistance, please contact our Consumer Care team at 866-866-6605 (Mon–Fri 8 AM–7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM–1 PM EST).
