I’ve been buying this pork for years. It’s a great meal for our large family or for gatherings, but particularly for myself who has celiac disease. I picked it up today to make for dinner and out of habit. I flipped the package over to look for the gluten-free label, and it is no longer labeled gluten-free.! I checked the ingredients and there is now vinegar listed in the ingredients, whereas it did not used to be. This should be labeled in such a way that people know that the ingredients list has changed. People who have intolerance or allergies to food need to know if an ingredient has been added! This is very annoying and disappointing.

It is great, i just don't know what kind of sauce I should use with it since i'm in the eastern part of north carolina

good foundation of pulled pork to add your own seasonings to either BBQ sauce or different spices. very versatile to make different meals.

Good quality, not too fatty, and versatile; but could use a little more seasoning or smoke flavor. Can be dressed up for various applications.

This is wonderful in a pinch. So long as you have some buns & Head Country this will get you through a long/hectic schedule.

Not Bad. Some of the meat was a little tough and it was a little dry but fine when BBQ sauce was added

Too smoky

Bland, no rub, no seasoning. Package says smoked 6 hours… that at least 4 hours to few. Adding BBQ sauce didn’t really help either. Find something else for your BBQ fix.
