These packages were almost half large chunks of fat and gristle, quality control needs to be better.

I've always hated this type of stuff, always dry and fatty so it ends up ridiculously chewy. This is the best I've ever had from a store.

The taste is delicious, but it doesn't come with sauce, and I was unsure about the texture when I first opened it. But once heated, it's very good.

IF I was still in the smoker arena, it would take a 5lb whole 'boneless' shoulder to get these 2lbs of all meat puled pork plus 6 hours and the charcoal to do it.

I would not recommend this to anyone and confused why it has a good rating. First off is the smell that u notice right away and secondly is the funky taste. Almost like 7 day leftovers, I bought it twice too make sure and was exactly the same thing.

This pork was too much compressed into a solid block. Almost like spam, it had to be broken up and cut into tiny pieces before it would cook properly. It tasted OK but it was disgusting at first cooking it. Would not buy again..
