This was actually quite good. It was tender, smokey, and it wasn't seasoned too extreme. It paired great with a homemade BBQ sauce. I don't get some of the complaints at all. It didn't smell or taste bad. It heated up nicely in the oven, and, bam, you've got pulled pork sammies.

Giving it 2 stars because it was edible but that’s about it. I’ve smoked lots of pork in my life so I’m familiar with how pulled pork should be once refrigerated. The consistency of this was off and the color was off also. It had a grey layer around the entire perimeter. Will not be purchasing this again

This was very hard to "pull" apart. It came in one big clump of meat that was like a brick. I had to cut it up in small pieces. It had too much fat/gristle in it for me which is a huge turn off. It was dry and had very little smoke flavor. I would not purchase it again.

It's delicious and NO SAUCE. You add your own. One mbr said it's greasy...DUH, it's meat🤦🏾‍♀️. It tastes great for a product that is ready to go and you didn't spend hours smoking. Used it in my Brunswick Stew and it was loved by all. Try reading first and also knowing MEAT HAS GREASE. Some of yall would complain about a free ride.

We have been buying this product for a few years. It was the best BBQ we ate even when we had an option of buying from a pit BBQ brick and mortar restaurant. The last two times we bought it we were very disappointed. It did not have a hickory smoke taste. It had many pieces of fat meat on the bottom. Not sure if they changed manufacturers or they are rushing their process and not giving it the smoke nor the quality control of fat content. We will not be buying this anymore. It use to be something I kept in my refrigerator for a quick meal or when having unexpected company but not anymore.

I purchased this to have on hand for a "just in case" quick meal. The need to utilize the pulled pork came on Saturday. I warmed the meat as directed, which was a very simple process. The aroma of smoked meat was so tantalizing that our guests came into the kitchen to get a preview of the entree. Our guests raved about the luscious smoked flavor.....and living in Kansas City, we all know good barbecue! The meat was very lean, full of flavor and a wonderful main dish to serve to guests. I will definitely be purchasing this again!

I was refunded the last time I purchased this. Sam's had issued refunds because the quality was not good for many people. So...I decided to try it again...horrible again, I just threw it into my pressure cooker to try and make this work. STOP SELLING THIS CRAP!!! This used to be a great product, bought it often. Never again!

Purchased this product on 1/20/24 and will never purchase Member’s Mark Hardwood Smoked pulled pork again. Prepared it as instructed and the pork had so much gristle in it and was absolutely terrible! Found a lot of gristle in it as well as being very dry. All other Member’s Mark products we have tried so far have been very good. I will get another brand! We ended up throwing the whole product away.

I froze it after I purchased, let it thaw in the refrigerator for 2 days about 2 weeks after I bought it, then reheated in a microwave. Meat was not "pullable" despite their instructions. Chunky, gristly, meat that could not be pulled with 2 forks. This meat clearly needed to be cooked longer for the shredded texture we love about "pulled pork". Will never buy again.

I was expecting this to be tasty and good, I was wrong. It is really not edible in my opinion. I do not recommend purchasing this unless you like wasting money. Sams club needs to get a different supplier to make their barbecue. Most of the other members mark products are very good. They missed on this one!
