No smoke flavor, texture was weird, tough, just absolutely gross. I threw it all away so money in the trash, hurt my heart.

This product had a lot of fat and gristle throughout and will never be purchased again. We wasted our hard earned money.

We buy this every week! I like to mix it with Sweet Baby Ray’s and serve it on Hawaiian rolls. It lasts 2 meals for our family of 6.

Just don’t buy this. It was raw smelled horrible while cooking. Unfortunately I don’t have kc masterpiece on hand.

I was surprised by the quality. Pretty tender and no junk. You can meke it better by putting it in a crock pot with olive oil and maybe some red wine for a couple of hours, than break it apart - really shred it - and let it cook for another 2 hours.

Pork was very fatty and full of gristle. This has been a go to for quick week night meals in the past. We ended up tossing more than half of the pork. will not purchase again.

11.26.25 HORRIBLE! I would not recommend this product at all. Very fatty/gristly. I was told from a friend, who bought this in the past, that they changed the taste, texture, etc. It reminded me of something like potted meat! Try at your own risk!
