very good, just add some cole slaw and bbq sauce.

Wonderful flavor of pork With or Without sauce..Sandwiches or burritos or your own ideas.

The pork was fatty and most of it wasn't "pulled". This was a one and done.

This is not very appetizing. It is very dry, and doesn't taste like pulled pork.
