This was surprisingly tender and moist. Excellent flavor. Hope Sams keeps it.

Very good,very well smoked and tender. Loved it.

The flavor's not bad, but there was a lot of gristle which grosses me out.

Good quality, not too fatty, and versatile; but could use a little more seasoning or smoke flavor. Can be dressed up for various applications.

Will not but again— said it was smoked for six hours yet had no smoked flavor— Meat is very tough, very disappointed

Great taste! Problem was that it had a large bone or piece of cartilage in it. It was really disgusting.
