Great for frying

I love Lou-Ann Peanut Oil for it's spot-on, consistent quality, it is simply the best frying oil I use.

I would give it 5 stars but for my taste I like a stronger flavored peanut oil, but the LouAna is great for making mayo, and salad dressing.

This oil doesn't 'taste' of peanut like some of the cold pressed ones do. It is more refined and tastes neutral. I am not complaining.

If you’re not frying with peanut oil, then what the heck are you doing?! Seriously, peanut last longer, after each frying session. It withstands the heat better than any other oil. I would also say it adds to the taste of your food. I’ll leave that up to you, to see and taste for yourself!

This item was wonderful and it make the turkey delicious after seasoning it the day before. I know for the Butterball Turkey Fryer you need 2 of these to reach the maximum fill to cover your turkey. I used this oil for the first time,there was no smoke or residue after using this item. It was expedient shipping on all the items and I love being able to shop online with Walmart, it really takes the pain out of it for those who do not want to be in the crowds...
