I always use this oil for frying for its high temperature smoke point. It’s neutral tasting . We don’t fry very often but I like having plenty of oil on hand just in case. Luana continues to be my frying oil of choice.

This oil is great for frying food especially turkeys. However, I do think the price is too high.
