Absolutely a priority for frying turkey, whole chickens and the quality of multiple use for at least 35days for frying. Heats up in large or smaller deep fryers with instant response. Have tried other brands ,but LouAna is grand experience.

It is very expensive. But it is a healthy oil to use for cooking. It is mono saturated. Good for the heart. Tasty and good to cook high temp with out any problems.

Large size is what I wanted to for a lower cost. I bought a food-grade funnel and filled up my oil dispensers with this. It's a little heavy to be pouring straight out of.

We love using this oil for frying. We especially use it for french fries and it is fantastic! It does not cause your house to stink after deep frying like other oils.
