A bit lighter than other peanut oils I have tried. However, nothing beats this for frying turkeys. It will handle the heat up to 450 degrees and remains smokeless. It is also great for Asian stir fries.

It STINKS!!! I used it to fry 4 chicken wings and it got my whole house smelling like a mechanics shop!!! This isn't Peanut Nut Oil and should be removed from shelves and evaluated!! I smelled inside the container, it smells like motor oil!

lid bent inward so as to be in-usable: boyfriend had to use a pair of vice grips to pull lid up to allow opening %26 use. this should have never been sent out to customer
