I don't have to feel guilty about drinking half the gallon or more in a day. I would buy again and probably mix half and half with the unsweetened tea. Overall though, good tea flavor and would recommend.

I consider it a treat, especially since I love regular sweet tea. Glad Milo's has a zero calorie sweet tea to help watch with the extra pounds.
